                                                                                   $ 25.00 per hour                             

  • Obtain MLS information on New Listings for agent input.

  • Gather utility information from the seller, including the Ave bills for electricity, water, solar, internet, Trash, Etc. Monitor Photo shoots and repairs for agents.

  • Placement and removal of signs on the property.

  • Listing binder: Include the MLS sheet, property tax report, utility info, highlighted home features, and a home insurance quote from Goosehead Insurance.

  • Open house assistance, hand out materials (brochures) and respond to questions that may be answered with objective responses gleaned from pre-printed factual information.

  • Have extra keys made for lockbox/agent access

  • Shopping for open house items

  • Welcome Home Gift and Area informational Packet for your buyer   $50-250 price range

  • Property inspections for Rental - $ 35.00 per inspection 

  • Light Property cleaning

  • Client packing/room staging for the best presentation on future showings

  • “Just Sold” Letters to Neighbors
